What items are returnable?
- Items that are still under our limited warranty
- Items that are insured under our AfterCare scheme
What items are non-returnable?
- Sponsored items or Prizes won during any of our GIVE AWAY contest hosted by the COMPANY or its PARTICIPATING COMPANY
- Item that does not meet the Warranty Terms.
- Item that was; not crafted by the artist, was damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
Are there any charges for return?
- To value all our brother's loyalty, there wont be any charges for returning their item back to the base.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will received an acknowledgement receipt along with the shipping guidelines
How soon will I received back the item?
- Once your return is received and inspected/repaired/replaced, our Quality Inspection officer will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also advise you on the action that was taken by the artist for your beloved item.
- The whole process may take about 14 working days.
